30 Day Return Window
We stand by our products. Any errors or defects in our products are eligible for a full refund.
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please contact us for a return authorization at alwayzshinin.brand@gmail.com and we will provide you with shipping information and a return authorization. You are responsible for covering shipping costs on your return item to the address provided with your return authorization utilizing the carrier of your choice.
Once a return authorization is issued, you have 30 days to return your item to us. Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original form of payment provided. If the item is not received within 30 days, your return authorization will no longer be valid and your return will no longer be accepted.
Reserved Rights and Legal Notice
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and reject returns that show excessive wear, alteration, potential fraud, or other irregular activity. We may refuse service for similar reasons. Non‑Alwayzshinin’ items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
